  • PB-119 is also developed as a weight loss product administered once a week. The GLP-1 receptor agonist suppresses the appetite, decreases gastrointestinal motility, delays gastric emptying, thus reducing total energy intake to achieve weight loss.

    PB-119 has been approved for clinical trials in China for obesity indication.
